The WARC fleet were invited ashore to be welcomed formally by the villagers, who danced very enthusiastically in a small clearing of trees with much stomping of feet, whooping and dust rising; clearly they were enjoying themselves! The men formed a circle in the middle with the more spectacularly dressed women and children skipping around the outside, and a number of rangy dogs getting involved in the action too.
